Photo by Jerry Benjamin.  Mayor of Paterson subsequently issued warrant for arrest of A Ginsberg after declaration at Paterson WMHA Poetry reading that pot smoked at Passiac Falls had enhanced visionary mortal aspect of roaring water flow at moment of this photo in presence of father Louis Ginsberg.
