Maurice Girodias (standing) & Peter Orlovsky, Paris, April 1961, at Girodias' nightclub, 7 rue Saint-Severin.  Allen and Peter arrived in Paris early April hoping to find Burroughs there, only to find he'd already left for Tangier days before.
